Questions & Answers
FAQ
Common questions about ordering, files, turnaround, and our products. Don't see yours? Just ask.
Ordering
We specialize in small runs — even single items. There's no blanket minimum that applies to everything, so we work with you to find the most efficient option for your project and budget.
Fill out the quote form on our Contact page with as much detail as you have — service type, quantity, size, any deadline, and whether you have a design ready. We'll follow up promptly with pricing and any clarifying questions.
Sometimes. Reach out with your deadline and we'll tell you honestly whether it's doable. We'd rather say no upfront than rush a job and deliver something below standard.
It depends on how far into production we are. Contact us immediately if something needs to change — the sooner the better. Changes after production starts may not be possible.
Files & Design
Absolutely. We accept most common file formats: PDF, PNG, SVG, AI, PSD, and more. If your file needs adjustments for production — resolution, color mode, bleed — we'll let you know before moving forward.
No problem. Bring your idea, a reference image, or even just a description of what you're going for. We can work from rough concepts and let you know what's achievable.
300 DPI at print size is ideal for most print jobs. Vector formats (SVG, AI, PDF with embedded vectors) are even better since they scale without quality loss.
We primarily work with STL and OBJ files. If you have a different format or need us to model something from scratch, just ask — we'll let you know what's possible.
Turnaround & Delivery
Turnaround depends on the product type and complexity. Simple print jobs can be ready in 1–3 days; apparel and 3D printing typically take longer. We give you an honest timeline upfront — no surprises.
We're a local business primarily serving the surrounding area. If you're nearby, pickup is the default. Reach out to discuss shipping options for your specific project.
Products
Standard stickers have good baseline durability, but for maximum waterproofing and longevity we offer lamination on all stickable products. Highly recommended for outdoor, vehicle, or equipment use.
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is great for detailed, multi-color designs with photographic quality. HTV vinyl is better for bold, single-color or simple graphics. Tie-dye and bleach work are for one-of-a-kind custom pieces. We can help you decide.
Yes, for most orders we'll provide a digital proof for your approval before going to production. This is especially important for first-time orders or complex designs.
